The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. They explain the entire procedure to you in detail. I did not know there was another type of hair removal than IPL which is what most spas offer. IPL is dangerous and typically ineffective. Ideal Image uses the only FDA approved method for laser hair removal and you are treated by a medical professional, who is caring and makes you feel completely at ease. I just started my treatments but so far I am very happy with my experience!

I truly believed that pricing may be bias. I feel that the pricing was not accurate but based on how much I was willing to accept. Price, interest, and months of payment were maxed out to Ideal Image advantage. If this was not common practice then then my experience was with cultural prejudice.

Marin & Mari were great! I was a little nervous at first, not knowing anything about the process, but they both explained it very well and performed my first treatment last night, and I am very pleased that I wasn't misinformed about how it feels, or the skin reactions afterwards. I'm really excited to get this process done and not have to worry about my problem areas anymore!

The staff was really easy going and friendly, of course they try to upsell but not in an obnoxious way. My only problem was with the price, and the "discounts" they offer are a joke compared to all the other competitors offering actual discounts with groupon/living social, etc.

I thought everyone was really nice and they seem very professional. It is a little bit more expensive than I had planned but this is the first time I have done this and I think it will be worth it!!

The ladies at the firewheel center are awesome! They made me feel comfortable from the time Iwalked in the door until the time I left. They are very informative, fun, & friendly. I will definitely be referring family & friends!

I was so very pleased with treatment I received at Ideal Image of Garland! Everyone was very friendly, helpful, & welcoming. All the details of what to expect and how it works was explained in depth. I'm on a budget and never thought I would actually be able to start my treatments right away, but with special financing available they made it very affordable!! I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in laser hair removal to try Ideal Image!!
