Everyone in the South Windsor, Connecticut, office were very nice, knowledgeable, and truly listened to my concerns to make sure that I had the best experience. My treatments (bikini and underarms) were performed the same day as my consultation. Although I had to wait a short time, I was provided beverages and a nice conversation during my wait. The treatment itself was professional, informative, and not as painful as I was expecting. The bikini area hurt WAY less than than a bikini wax and the underarm area honestly did not hurt at all. I am looking forward to my next treatments and seeing the long lasting results!

I had a great consultation/first session appointment. The whole staff is so friendly and nice! Nathania was so helpful in helping me pick payment plans, treatment areas etc. Just overall EXCELLENT!

Not as expensive as I was expecting and the staff were great. I have a little more irritation than I was expecting, but far from insufferable. I am hopeful that as the treatments progress I will see lots of improvement. So far so good!

The consultation was informative and the pricing with the discount was affordable. All the staff were pleasant and a joy to work with. Minimal discomfort with the actual procedure and looking forward to great results
