I try to avoid the survey because I had unpleasant experience. But keeps on reminding me so here’s my honest opinion.
There’s no value of time. Even though you get there early enough, they’re not on time.
The lady doctor is nice but when she asked of any eye concerns, then I replied, her only reply iwas “Interesting “ but didn’t answer the question at all. But I’ve heard Dr Charles is better so next time I think I should try him.
The rep gave me the wrong eye glasses too. I mean , no offense, I know we are all tired at work but she didn’t apologize and just says that’s strange? But again other rep are nice too. They are good though in reminding appointments. Hope this expensive clinic will give me good experience next time so I will not switch again.
