I started out having my hair cut by Dennis in the 80's at the Rockside salon. As soon as the Brecksville location was set up I started going to Monica. Here I am still having my hair cut by Monica at the Broadview location. If, when the salon is sold,and Monica does not stay with an Illusions Unlimited location, I will follow her to her next location. I've always appreciated the way Illusions Unlimited has their stylists do further training. It really helps keep them current.

We were informed that the salon is for sale and if not sold by December, it will be closed. If this happens you will lose many customers since we will not travel to your other locations. I like my stylist and will follow him if he is not at Illusions.
Let's hope you make every effort to fund a buyer at a price they can afford. I will drive to where ever my stylist is and your patrons would appreciate you dropping the non compete clause that most salons have.

Thank you so much for your inputâ?¦we are hoping for a buyer as well so that those that wanted to stay would have that choice. We are working with a broker that is familiar with the industry & also doing their best in this very uncertain time. The owners are working with attorneys, landlords, staff , etc on the most fair & effective ways for everyoneâ??s future. They choose to let employees & guests know 5 months in advance vs most businesses that lock the doors with no notice. Including knowing that there would be some resentful feelings. This was not an easy decision on the owners. Rest assured all of our guests will continue to be updated.

Kelly listens to what I want. She will let me know if my hair will do what I’m asking or not. I like my cut. She is very personable. Love her.
