Hi Marcy

I stand corrected on my first visit price and total.. It was $238.00 plus a $20.00 tip.

My second visit was $45.00 plus $5.00 tip

My third visit was $35.00 plus a $5.00 tip

So I've spent $318.00 in 3 sessions.. I am aware of the free service that I received. My only complaint is that I still have 3 toned colored hair. I was able to retrieve the first receipt $238.00 because that was on our credit card. I paid cash for the last 2 appointments and I did not receive a receipt. So I always admit when I'm wrong, and it looks as though I am. I haven't spent quit $300 in one appointment but, enough to tell me I need to go elsewhere. And like I originally stated I understand it's a process. I totally get it! But I thought I'd be further along than I am. I came in with red hair it was horrible and damaged. I bought surface supplies and I love them. But I've went from red hair 6 inches cut no biggy to black on top brown in the middle and red on the end.. So like I said I'm right back where I started. And the stylis was very pleasant, I have no complaints about her or my purchased hair products. I just feel with the stripping and 4 colorings I should have 1 hair color of hair by now.

I am trying to understand our records according to what you are writing so that we can have the opportunity to help you. you have invested hard earned money as well as your time & I feel another stylist who's specialty is color is the answer. We guarantee our work & if is something that is not being done on our side correctly we will make it right. We do not hold the same policy w/corrective due to generally there is a process. With out seeing you in person or even speaking with you I can only go by this & it really doesn't fix anything. We have been in business well over 50 years & TRUST me I am taking this very seriously .... I want you to be happy - just need the chance to put you in the right stylist's chair.

When I first returned to this salon in July I spent close to $300 to have my hair striped and recolored buying surface products for upkeep. When I left I knew it would take a few visits to get a solid color. Upon my 3rd visit, I still have 3 toned colored hair! I spend good money and I still have 3 bands of color. My hair now is black on top brown in the middle and red at the ends! When I paid for the stripping process first visit, I'm confused on why my hair was not stripped to the ends? I think if it had been, maybe it would have eliminated the cost of me having to find another salon to redo the process all over again! Yes my hair was damaged and it's a process to repair I get it. But as I look at my hair today after just visiting Mon. I'm right back where I started only out close to $500! Will I return? No, will I recommend No.

I am unclear of the costs that you are stating however: since July I have 4 color services totaling 167.00 /2 cond trt 10.95 because the 24.95 keratin was given to you free of charge/ haircut at 34.00 & your products 79.71. We strive for our guests to be 100% happy - we also understand that not every stylist can make every guest happy & would like to get you in front of a master colorist & see if that is a better match for you.
