Just 1 complaint regarding confirmation of my appointment on June 24. I received an email remainder the week before, followed by another email requesting I confirm (which I did immediately). Then this week, I got a phone call reminding me and lastly, another tel. call on my answering service by some screaming female that I could not understand who requested I call back to confirm.
This is borderline harassment of a good patient. I never miss my appointments as far as I can remember. Please change the process. Tom Baird
Would you like for us to remove you from the Demand Force confirmation system. Once you confirm, that should be it on the reminders so not sure why it kept repeating on you. We sure don't want you to feel harrassed! We just make the traditional calls to confirm if you prefer. You can opt directly or we can do that for you. Just give us a call 972/618-5000.
