This is our second year at Image Eyecare. Dr. Moulton is a great doctor. I didn't feel rushed when he examined my eyes and he asked me several times thru the exam if I had any questions or concerns. The staff was always willing to give you a hand in picking out new glasses and making sure they look good on you and fit properly. My wife and I will be returning again next year for our exams and new glasses.
My interaction with the Dr. was fine. Not so much with most of the staff, which is the main reason I didn't return.
I went in as I was heading out of town for an adjustment to my NEW glasses. As I'm driving down the road, I noticed something on my right lens. When I made a stop, I tried to clean it off. It wouldn't come off so I put my old ones on and looked closer and found 3 small pits. I called and left a message, but it was never returned. I didn't feel that I was appreciated as a patient
Great staff, everyone friendly and knowledgeable. I received very thorough examination and Dr Moulton explained my results thoroughly. I feel very comfortable with him and will continue to have appointments with him in the future.
Everyone on staff was extremely friendly. The doctor actually listened to what I was concerned about and answered all of my questions and didnt act like he had some place better to be or like he was just trying to get through the thirty appointments he had that day. The front end staff was very friendly and quick I never had to wait long for anything and they were knowledgeable about my insurance.
I feel confident going there. But, i did not appreciate waiting over a half hour after my eye dilation to be seen by the doctor again when it should have been only 15 minutes.Every one is kind and considerate other wise.
