I have been using your facility for over a year and have had good results. However, this last time, the stylist was not well prepared for the day - to begin with, her capes were wet - not very pleasant for me. She needs more instruction in shampooing and rinsing out - she got water in both ears when she was shampooing/rinsing (shampoo, conditioner, deep-conditioning, color). I ended up with a double ear infection. I had to pay for a doctor office visit and very expensive antibiotic ear drops. She was not prepared to wax my eyebrows - could not get the stand-up light turned on (which I helped with), did not have the wax hot enough (I was apparently her first wax customer), and had to eventually ask her learning leader to help.
