I had a 'Service A' maintenance message come up on my C350, so I took it in for the scheduled oil change, fluid check, etc. Service was prompt, courteous, and thorough. I take my car here because I trust that that knowledgeable staff are going to be more thoughtful about my Mercedes, as opposed to a generalized tech at a place like Jiffy Lube.

John, has been working on my cars for at least twenty years. He has never steered me wrong on what is going on with my vehicle. I have not visited another dealership in this time because I am comfortable and confident that he has been very forth rite and honest with me. Of course, he is very funny too. Also the enitre crew does a great job and they are very friendly.
