I've had both a BMW and Mercedes Benz evaluated and serviced here. The service is exceptional. The costs are comparably reasonable, and the everyone is friendly.

After repeated disappointment with the dealership, another BMW shop recommended Import Autowerks. (I considered that a good sign!) From the appointment process through the pick-up after the repair, I was pleased with the experience. Competent, friendly, and fair. The problem (in my case, ignition coil) was diagnosed quickly and repaired. The car is again running as it should be--great.

The shop identified and documented a couple of minor "watch" items but no pressure to address them immediately. Again, great experience. Based on my initial experience, I highly recommend.

I was treated courteously on the phone and in person. My car was serviced promptly and at a reasonable price for the sort of service it required and the sort of car it is (a Mercedes E320). I am satisfied with the transaction and intend to return when the next service is required.

They took the time to try and re-create the misfire that caused the CEL to come on. It's the car's fault for not acting up again.

Issue was most likely old non-factory spark plugs.

Our Mini is running fine since we got it back. And we plan to take it back to Import Autowerks when it needs servicing again.

I took my 2008 BMW 550i for new shocks and wheel alignment - Jon did a excellent job restoring my BMW to factory specifications. Drives straight and true. Jon was also able to repair the trunk hinge wire issue that disabled my trunk actuator - great job! I've already recommended Import Autowerks to a friend for his BMW.

Not very friendly, everyone seemed to have a chip on their shoulders, although my problem was solved the charge was equivalent to the dealership instead of a reputable shop.
