Thanks for your review Mike. We appreciate the feedback. As we discussed before, we felt the repair that you requested would not fix your Mercedes. In our prior conversations you asked that if there was anything that we could try to keep from doing the initial repair we quoted. We agreed to try but gave no guarantee. We had hoped for your sake that it would work. When our new manager was contacted by your wife, she was irate and yelling and was simply asked to talk in a more adult conversation or to leave. She was not cursed at nor was she ordered to leave. We regret that you feel you weren't treated fairly or that an amicable agreement was not reached, We are glad that you did get your Mercedes repaired, they guys at Import Specialist do very good work as well. It is however, our view that the only thing we are guilty of is that we tried to save you some money by performing an alternate procedure that had no guarantee and did not work out.
