We had a mix up on arrival time of Jennifer, the very excellent groomer. When we arrived a little before 8am, Dr. Michelle was at the door greeting drop off patients and employees for a meeting. We explained we are former customer's of Jennifers and was told she typically comes in at 8am. Dr. Michelle was sooooooo kind and quickly got Jen on the phone and resolved the issue, we still had to wait, but the attitude of Dr. Michelle saved the day, she is quite possibly the most polite person I have met in a long long time. She nearly did 'kill us with kindness', most people in businesses these days get mad at the customer, even when the business is in the wrong. In another life I used to teach travel agents and airline employees customer service requirements by their employers. Dr. Michelle would have passed the class!!
