It is so good to be back at Indian Walk where my pets and myself are treated like family! We have been clients and friends for over ten years, and even though (having moved) our travel time is now almost a four-hour round trip, the drive and time spent is well worth it. I have looked extensively and have not found another practice that combines the professionalism, experience, up-to-date expertise, and thoughtful, caring staff that greet you everytime you walk through the door at Indian Walk. And now, as the owner of five seniors, it is especially reassuring for me to work with such an exceptional group of professionals I can trust who know and love my pets.
As always this facility places the welfare and health of the animals first along with a sincere regard for the pet parents. Our cat Bini can be challenging to say the least but the staff here especially
De. Goldblum represent and demonstrate the highest level of compassion and concern and are always available to answer questions and respond to your concerns in a timely manner. Very impressed also with Dr. Theiss who performed Bini's surgery.
Dr. Goldblum and vet tech Jenn Wheatley were so great in giving my outdoor cat special handling with her matted fur. They also made special accommodations for her to stay warm for a few days at the hospital since she her fur was shaved off. Wonderfully caring staff.
The entire staff at Indian Walk, from the receptionists to the veterinarians & everyone in between, is very helpful, professional, & most important, caring.
Almost a yr ago I had to make the very difficult, & heart-breaking, decision to euthanize my cat of nearly 11 yrs. Bastet, that was her name, & I actually met at Indian Walk after being introduced to each other by Dr. Robin Goldblum. Dr. Goldblum knew that I was, at the time, looking for a kitten, when a pregnant stray was brought into the hosp. The mom cat gave birth the day after she was brought in. Dr. Goldblum called me to let me know about the litter of kittens, & said she would let me know when I could come in and pick out my new family member. After a few weeks I got the call to come in, & although I had been looking for a kitten, I completely fell in love with the mother, & she for me. It was an instant connection unlike any I've ever experienced, & I grew up with dogs & cats. Even my friends had to acknowledge that the relationship Bastet & I had was so much deeper than just companion & guardian. This is why it meant so much to me that regardless of what she was having done, I knew Bastet was always receiving the best care possible.
Even on that day I had hoped would never come, Dr. Goldblum did everything possible to make it painless for Bastet, & she gave me as much time as I needed with my baby girl both before & after she was gone, which helped me as well.
Now, with nearly a year having passed, I'm starting to think about getting another cat. When this happens we will definitely be going back to Indian Walk, and Dr. Robin Goldblum will once again be the veterinarian I choose to see my 4-legged companion.
Always receive a warm and personal welcome! We were seen by the vet right on time.. We took advantage of the 25% off sale for the senior check-up and had a few vaccinations. The whole visit, from walking in to checking out, was no more than 30 minutes. Our dog loves going to Indian Walk where she is taken care of with lots of love.
