I have been going here since I was a child (I am 20 now), and it has always been Dr. Gary Raymond's dentist office. I always loved the way it was run, but then I heard he retired, and this place has been taken over by Indigo Dentistry. I will start with the positives by saying that the receptionist was very nice and the new doctor was very sweet and I still felt welcome here. But, I got my teeth cleaned by a new person, and I had a very poor experience. I don't remember her name, but I feel like she used the water pick too much. she went through my mouth with it 3 times which felt so unnecessary and I kept pulled away because it hurt my gums and she just kept going and didn't ask if anything was hurting. Then she basically washed my tongue and I almost choked on the mouthwash. When she brushed my teeth she didn't use the water tool to wash out the toothpaste, so I basically sat there and about choked on toothpaste. Then she basically massaged my mouth, which was very weird. I did not like how she cleaned my teeth, then at the end she asked "Were you satisfied with your service today?" which I answered with a yes because I didn't want to hurt her feelings. I hope I don't get her again, this was the worst dentist cleaning experience I've ever had. I hope the other dentists who do cleanings aren't like this lady... or I will be finding another dentist office.
