Hi Blythe, I am very sorry that your appointment took longer than expected and that you were not booked with an experienced stylist as requested. We would be happy to have the manager or one of our highest level colorists re-tone and blowout your hair for you at no charge, please contact the salon at 658-2010 to book that. It is our policy that all of our level one stylists consult with a level four stylist on what they are going to use for a formula and color placement, doing so helps ensure the desired outcome is achieved and doesn't mean that they are incapable of doing it themselves. I'm sorry that process was not properly explained to you and made you feel like the stylist was inconfident in her work.

Hello, while I am glad that you are happy with your hair, I'm sorry that you did not enjoy your experience at Indigo. I can assure you that you were certainly not an inconvenience to the stylist. Her lack of talking may have been a result of having to work in a face mask all day. It has been a huge adjustment for many of our staff members to wear a mask all day and many end up getting over heated and very dry mouths and throats from blowdrying. Again I am very sorry that overall your interactions left you feeling uncomfortable. Thank you for your feedback.

It would be nice for someone to pick up the phone when we call. 6 calls, no answer. Leaving a message is not good client service. 6 months out for cleaning is standard. We may move if you can't get us in for 6 months cleaning. 7 or 8 months out is not OK. Maybe you have too many clients and not enough staff???? Seems so.
