My experience and interaction with the Doctor is always a good experience. I have been going to this Dentist for years. There was a different staff in which I felt welcoming and I even told others about how Infinity Dental is a wonderful experience and place to be at. However, my last few visits and interactions with the young lady who checks me out has been poorly executed on her end in terms of customer service. She is pushy and not patient at all. I explain that I am not ready to financially make a large decision to take care of a certain procedure and I even ask to cut the anticipated work into half so that I can accommodate my budget but at the same time achieve some sort of progress. The young lady is very pushy- if my response is "no, I cannot handle that at this moment". She then becomes rude. Her eyes roll. Her tone of voice changes. She talks to me in a condescending way. Yesterday's visit was it for me. I made up in my mind that I do not HAVE to do business at Infinity- I make the choice to because of loyalty to the Docotor and because It used to be a positive experience. However, if when it comes time to check out and I am not comfortable with making a decision on the spot about a pricey procedure and I am going to get one young lady talking to me in a rude way while she exchanges looks of confusion with her counterpart and talks nasty to me, then I will take my business elsewhere. To the Docotor thank you very much for always having excellent customer service. Just remember that customer service goes a LONG way. Everyone needs a dentist but it is about the experience that makes them want to keep coming back to YOUR office in particular!
