Dr. Neff and her staff are friendly, efficient and professional This was a cataract check appointment, so I did not require a full gamut of examinations. I was taken in promptly to the testing room, went over medications and my current condition. When Dr Neff came in, she checked my vision, dilated my pupils, checked my eyes and told me her findings. She really listened to me and counseled me about follow up. Staff in reception promptly made appointments both for follow up and a referral , taking care the appointments were convenient for my schedule.

I am very pleased with In Focus Eye Care and recommend Dr Neff and her staff to anyone looking for a doctor and staff who iare caring as well as knowledgeable.

Dr Neff & her staff are great. Everyone is friendly & the office atmosphere is professional but relaxed.

Dr Neff takes the time to explain everything she is doing & all tests results. Our whole family has been going to IFE for 8 years, Dr Neff is great with kids.

I was very disappointed in the reception I receive when I checked in. The Receptionist was polite, but talked very fast and loud, discussing personal information about my visit. When asking her to repeat the information she continued to talk fast, this was offensive and was taken as an attempt to talk down to me. This may not have been her attempt, but to receive information in that way is an indication that she perceived that it is was not important or that I cannot comprehend it, so why bother in explaining.

If I did not like Dr. Neff, I would not return to the office and let everyone know how I was treated.There was also too much information provided about my payment options, The office should not be concerned about my deductible, but how the account will be paid.
