My own experience was okay.

This being said, automated phone systems really annoy most people, myself included.

Other than that, I've always found Infocus to be a great place to be when it comes to

my eyes.

It was confusing. I thought the eye exam and the glass selection area were the same business. Customers should be informed or enlightened as to this arrangement. I would rate my actual eye exam as excellent but would lower the rating due to lack of disclosure of info. I would rate the eyeglass selection area as overpriced and would not recommend them. Because of the confusion and high price of my glasses, I don't think I would go back to either business. It's true that I have not had an eye exam in years and maybe should have been more educated about the process, but I felt taken advantage of by the high price of glasses.

Thank you for the honest review. American Eyecare, the optical shop, believes in providing each customer with the highest technology and service. Each individual has specific wants and needs, so every set of glasses is highly customized. There are absolutely cheaper options, however these options may include out-dated technology or inexperienced opticians. We regret that our optical shop is does not meet your wants or needs, and we apologize you feel taken advantage of.

I always feel comfortable coming in for my regular eye exam . All the staff were pleasant and friendly . All my concerns were adressed by the provider .

This was my first experience and appointment here. I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment before I was seen. It would have been nice if my wait time was even acknowledged, I got no apology. Other than the long wait time, the staff was extremely nice and greeted me with a smile.

The staff does the absolute best they can to keep track of where the doctor is with the schedule, and to notify each individual patient if there will be any wait. The staff is terrific and the atmosphere was great. The technician and Doctor were very professional and very understanding. I truly enjoyed the visit and would not hesitate to tell my friends and neighbors about my experience.

I was very impressed with the care I received, from the beginning of my appt. To the end. I was treated with respect. The staff was very courteous, and respectful, and took the time to answer any questions I had. I never once felt like a burden, or felt as though I was being rushed out. Each staff member that I came in contact with made me feel completely comfortable, and at ease.
