I have worked with Linda Cole for 1 1/2 years and have improved

my muscle mass, strength and endurance greatly. I could not

recommend a better exercise/strength program. Slo-Mo training is

the fastest and easiest method to build strength, improve muscle mass and avoid osteoporosis.The facility is terrific.

Workouts build amazimg strength is such a short time, but are amazimgly aerobic.

I noticed a significant increase in stamina, once my trainer started pushing me.

I set some significant personal performance goals on the equipment when I began to see quick strength progress. I thought they were a stretch and might take months, but have reset higher strength goals for myself after omly a few weeks.

My collegues at work are asking what kind of diet am I following to chamge my body shape.

This is the time we will begin to lose body strength if we don't fimd a way to arrest it. It is nice to be much stronger in my 70's than when I was in my 60's
