When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist didn't hang up the phone before beginning to make fun of me. I could hear her say, "Oh my God," in a mocking way, I think because I didn't have my dental insurance information handy and needed to call back later with that. This seemed to upset the receptionist, furthered by the fact that she spoke as she did as soon as she thought I was off the phone.
