Inner spirit studio is a modern hot yoga studio in Whippany, New Jersey. Offering a wide array of classes, our certified instructors are influenced by Bikram, jivamukti, integral yoga, and other hot vinyasa styles.
Our studio offers powerful yoga classes, Pilates instruction, pole dancing parties and more. Inner spirit runs special intensive learning workshops for adults and kids!
