Such a relief from Warby Parker! I first went to WP because I thought it would be cheaper but soon grew very frustrated and left. I couldn't find anything I liked as the selection was all rather similar and I wasn't helped by anyone. So I went to my eye dr, Innervision. As soon as I walked in, someone was attentive to me, listened to likes and dislikes, and grabbed a selection of frames to try on. After a couple rounds I found a pair that I was very happy with, purchased them, and went home happy. Additionally, I was able to find a pair I liked because the selection was much more diverse.
Little did I know that WP had deliberately tried to hurt brick and mortar eye wear shops business, including Innervision, by parking a large sales RV directly in front of their store. This not only made me upset about going to WP, it made me much happier in my decision to purchase my glasses from Innervision.
