Dr. Belanger is great but I was a little hesitant at first because of the waiting room procedures. I appreciate the write on/wipe off info sheets to save paper but the sharpies were too large to write legibly. They weighed me and took my blood pressure which I'd never had done for an eye exam before and I wasn't seen by the doc until 45 minutes after my appointment time. This all being said, once I got to see Dr. Belanger, I was very pleased with her. She is personable and thorough and I'm sure I got a good exam.

The doctor was super friendly and explained everything well. I had not been to the eye doctor since I was 10 (I am 35) My experience was great!

Although the office is small, it is clean and appears organized. Chris at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. I commend her patience while I figured out how to put in the contacts. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The exam was thorough. While the Doctor was very professional and courteous, I feel she could be a bit more personable.

I was very pleased with how quickly the staff was able to get me in to see the dr. The Dr. was very professional and listened to my concerns and provided a thorough medical exam accordingly. The service was affordable and I felt I received the care I needed to be confident that my eyes were healthy. I highly recommend Insight Family and Pediatric Eye Care.
