#1: The transition rx glasses I received awile back didn't have much needed transition tint I had payed for. This caused a one month delay till they finally got it right!!
#2: I broke the wire metal frames 3 weeks later. They didn't have the Wiley style frame in stock so it had to be ordered. I JUST NOW RECEIVED THEM!! THEY HADNY BEEN ORDERED UNTIL OCTOBER 8th!! I contacted the store in Anaheim back in late AUGUST. WTF!!! I left a message around the 8th asking for the Second Time: where's my glasses or why it's taking So Long!?
Then when I finally picked up the glasses the lady informed me a co-worker had quit suddenly & she was the cause of the problems. It feels personal & even racist since All the workers @ that store are Latino - it needs more diversity + way more professionalism from the mgr. & staff etc.
Pathetic. People need their glasses badly & w/in a certain Acceptable time fram period. 3+ months wasted waiting for the glasses Is ridiculous. LensCrafters here I come!!
