All of the personnel here are friendly and helpful: from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the doctors and out to the payment end of things. Ammie was quick and thorough, yet gentle. She took the time to walk through the microscope slide and what we were looking at, and shared some recommendations and possible treatment options. Dr. Cao was friendly and works very well between patient and hygienist to make you feel like part of the team. Dr. Marder is so kind, and always checks in on all of the patients, he always takes the extra minute here or there to build trust and friendships.

This was my last service at this shop. I asked for help with many issues that were dismissed until I had to pay out of pocket. We had an experimental procedure that did nothing for my car $700 and then the same issue came back 2 days later costing me another $1400 with 0 discount to the procedure. When I have used their loaner cars I am given a death trap and the gas tank is on Empty. I have been to 3 different shops and they all seem to be this way.
