I felt like i was scammed I spoke with the service writer to do only what was need for my check engine light to come off. which came to range of $300-500 and the other services I would get later since it was not a emergency fix however when i returned he did the opposite. My bill was $920 for services i specifically said I did not want done at that time. Then i was told i could not take my car until the second loan cleared which i argued till i was given my keys and practically forced to sign the paper in order to take my car. Point blank I am left with a $920 bill instead of the $500 i agreed to pay. I will be going to corporate for this to be settled
After pulling the paperwork from my store location, I found that you did authorize the increase in amount. We have your signed invoice copy if you would like to view it. You do have your vehicle, you left with it that night. You still do in fact owe the location $406 in payment for the services that we performed on your vehicle.
