Intent Coffee Roasting started from a passion for the developing world AND a love for coffee. Thanks to many conversations and the support of Forward Edge International as well as many friends and family, a dream has become a reality.

Intent Coffee Roasting believes coffee can have a greater impact on the farmer and their community by developing direct relationships with them and returning a greater profit back to their communities. Our goal is to give at least thirty percent of our profit back to coffee growing regions. As we buy, roast, and sell coffee we will not only look to increase our customer base, but also their knowledge of how the coffee they purchase is creating community development in the country of origin.

I believe that our purchases should change the lives of the people who depend on coffee farming for their livelihood. Coffee comes from many poor and underdeveloped countries. By developing relationships with coffee growers and investing in their product and their communities, we will make a difference.
