I slept like a baby after my honey agave full body massage! The massage therapist did an amazing job, she massaged all the knots out of my back! The amenities of the spa are great and the staff was very attentive to our needs.

Masseuse was very nice, that saved the experience. Facility is below average. The lockers did not have locks, I had to bring my valuables with me into the treatment room. It smelled like a locker room, not a spa. The steam room looked like a prison cell, very uncomfortable. The showers were not cleaned, I know because I was the last one in the locker room the night before. Amenities are lacking. The towels are tiny. The quiet room is not quiet, prepare to be disrupted. The water in the quiet room is tap water (not even a cucumber to try to mask it). The tea they offered was not a tea you would find in any other spa. The treatment room had cold air blowing the entire time. The music was strange and distracting. The aromatherapy add-on was a joke. It was a perfumed lotion. Perfume is not aromatherapy. The masseuse talked nearly the entire time. I am stunned they charge what they charge and get away with it. Won't be back.

For a high end hotel, this spa is lacking the service I would have expected. The check in process was ok but when we were leaving there was literally no one to be found to help us. I waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes before someone finally came out to help us, and he didn’t look pleased to be working.
I have had several prenatal massages, every single one the spa has a “pregnancy pillow” to place my belly in and it gives me a chance to lay on my belly while my back is being massaged. The 2 massage therapists looked completely confused when I asked about the pillow. I had to lay on my back for half the massage which is very uncomfortable at this point in pregnancy, fortunately she was able to elevate the head of the table but it’s still not ideal and a big disappointment when you’re expecting a “prenatal” massage from a high end spa. I wish I would have just cancelled my service when I learned this information because the massage was not worth $180. Please don’t advertise prenatal massages when your therapists are not equipped to perform them.

This is a gym at what is generally considered an upscale hotel charging a high monthly rate to members. At that rate and as an upscale hotel, it should be unacceptable for the gym/locker rooms to be in the state they are currently in. 1-2 treadmills are frequently broken, the rowing machines don’t turn on, the handles on the weight machines are torn and covered in peeling duct tape. Not a single locker in the Women’s locker room actually locks. I have several items that have gone missing and the desk staff is generally unhelpful. The wooden slates on the shower floor in the Women’s room are broken.
At the bare minimum, the gym equipment should turn on at all times and the lockers should lock. Especially for the monthly membership rate being charged.

Suggestion for future. Please ask your guests when they check out if they need their parking validated.

I booked 90’ massage and the therapies cut it short by 15’. When I asked why the answer was- I did everything I needed to do so I wrapped up early - The receptionist took 25$ off the price but that was not the point. Very mediocre massage , uninterested staff and the place is nothing special

Staff was very friendly and made the process easy but very high prices for mediocre services. Treatment area waiting room had dirty, stained furniture.
