I was very impressed with the modernity and physical appearance of the office and dental exam room. I also thought that the exam by the dentist was very thorough and in depth. The feedback and advice provided based on this exam was in my opinion very accurate and on target. Unfortunately, the cleaning was the worst I have ever had... and that was the primary reason for the visit. The woman who performed the cleaning was a Periodontist from overseas who is in the process of getting certified in the US as a dentist. While she may have been a great dentist with 20 years of experience, she was not a good hygienetist. Lastly, the overall impression I took away from this visit was that everyone was "Selling". My experience with my current dentist in NYC (where I spend several months) as well as dentists I have gone to in the past was one of such professionalism, that while they gave advice and suggested needed treatments, this advise was for my benefit only and not an attempt to tie I.T. in with their services per se. I think that the pricing for crowns, implants, exams and cleanings were quite reasonable at least in comparison with NYC pricing so I have not problem with that. I am not sure I would return to this practice since I did not walk away with the upmost of confidence. A dental cleaning should be performed by someone who is experienced in cleaning and not periodonture. Nice woman, friendly and personable but did not do a great job cleaning. I almost feel I need to go for another cleaning sooner than I should have to.

Staff was warm and dentist and assistants were very warm and caring . I felt very comfortable and at ease even if it was my first visit with them .
