I’m always pleased with the services I receive, and was yesterday. However my checkout experience was not pleasant. I had a gift certificate and when I purchased it online, I couldn’t get it to print. I called twice and spoke to Crystal, I believe, and she said to just bring in a copy of the picture on my phone. I used the certificate once, and didn’t get anything at checkout. The receptionist yesterday was very rude, and stated that I needed to pay for my services and that I couldn’t use my gift card because she didn’t have the balance. Although she had the list of services I purchased previously. She then informed me that my gift certificate would expire, which was unnecessary to the conversation at the time, and escalated the frustration as it doesn’t expire until October, even though I didn’t think a gift certificate could expire. She continually stated I should have gotten a piece of paper with a handwritten balance, and when i asked if it was a big piece of paper or little or a card, she replied,” It looks like paper. It’s a piece of paper”, more than once. My nails were still wet from my manicure and her insistence on my finding it, ruined 4 of my nails. I said several times my nails were wet and she was uncaring and unconcerned that what I was paying for was being ruined. Thankfully it was resolved by someone else, and ended well except for the fact that my nails were completely ruined for my big event.
