Yesterday, was my first appointment with Paola (sp?) who I was referred to by Stephanie before she left. The color was a mess. It was definitely the toner, but Paola never checked on the color while I sat, after being notified I was not happy she took a quick look and that was that. There was no offer of fixing the situation or an apology or anything. I have been going to Invidia for years and now am rethinking whether this is the best place for me. Your colorists seem to do whatever they want with little consideration to what the client is requesting. Very tired of it.
