I'm being charged full for the work that was done 2 days ago. I was upset because normally, I am notified if I still have enough coverage. If I used up all my allotted coverage for the year, I would have to re schedule any work done. The lady who collects payment said "We dont check before any work done". I told her it was always done to make sure I'm covered. Instead of me paying for the tax only, I will have to pay more than $160.00. It may not be much for her but that's a lot for me. I feel like I just got robbed. You people are not helping your patients. I will change dentist because of that. That's the lady on the left facing them behind the counter. I was there between 3pm and 4pm.

I am sorry you feel this way as I explained to you today. We do keep track of your insurance funds for procedures done at our office. Unfortunately we are unable to accurately track those funds when you have treatment done elsewhere as you had to have done.
