I have only a positive view of my experiences with Isle, itself, and their customer service.

My only complaint would be who Isle ships cross country with, I've received two damaged boards, the first of which I was able to repair myself, second ...needed a pro! But the company has backed me all the way!

The purchase and delivery were seamless. The inflatable SUP is lighter than I thought it would be and is very rigid. I already have two glorious paddle days under my belt. Not bad for February. My buddy got his last summer and has over 50 days on it and it still performs like new. I highly recommend this product.

Haven't used the new SUP yet since it's still winter in Colorado but really happy with Isle's customer service and fully expect to love the new SUP as I have previous Isle products.

This was a great experience. I wish I could remember the name of the young man that helped me, but he was awesome. He skateboarded right over the to warehouse on his carver and brought me a blemished board that was perfect. I am up an paddling now in the bay and hoping to hit the waves soon.

Bad customer service. I had an issue with the delivery. I placed my order way in advance so that I could use it on a trip I had planned. The courier (UPS) lost the merchandise; therefore, I did not receive the board and ruined my plans. When I called Isle to see what could be done, the customer service agent told me nothing - just cancel the order. (No compensation nor any incentive to make up for the mishap).

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. I'm so sorry to hear UPS had temporarily lost your package and ruined your weekend plans. At your request we applied a full refund since your weekend plans had been altered. UPS has been extremely consistent with the thousands of boards they've delivered on behalf of ISLE but unfortunately this particular order was one where they dropped the ball.
