ITM Landscape has been beautifying outdoor spaces in Gwinnett County since 2005. Eric Soles joined his father, Eddie Soles, and wife, Tori Soles, to create a business built on customer satisfaction, high attention to detail, and respectful care of our outdoor spaces. We consistently strive for clear communication between crews, management, office personnel, and customers. In addition to listening closely to what you want with your property, we also highly train our crews in plant identification as well as equipment safety and care.

They totally transformed my backyard... it went from a mud pit - looked like I would never have a lawn - erosion, standing water. just a mess. I had another company put in french drain and lay sod, only to have it wash away and my yard was still filling with water. ITM came in, did an evaluation - OMG my lawn is stunning.. grass again - no water - its lush and green.
I put my house on the market - sold in six hours - buyers fell in love with the backyard... THANK YOU ITM

We are very sorry to hear that you are concerned about the walkway. We didn't get your messages on that Sunday until after JD was there. We knew that JD spoke to you about your concerns and he felt they were addressed. If you would like to make changes to the walkway, please let us know. Our goal is your satisfaction.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have a minimum price for maintaining properties that is necessary to cover our overhead and job costs. Our pricing is fair market rate for a professional, insured company. As far as installation projects, we do our best to fit smaller jobs into the schedule, but in order to price fairly for small jobs, we many times have to combine them with another small job in the schedule. Please let us know if there is something we don't already have on the schedule so that we can make sure it is put on.
