Thank you for your comments. We strive to do our best everyday and we care deeply about our service we give. I apologize if we did not hit the mark with your repair. Just like you, my employees also request to be paid for their work. When they diagnose a vehicle, it requires the use of all of their schooling and training, plus expensive diagnostic equipment that we obviously have to charge for. Unlike a furniture, clothing or mattress store, we sell time - our tech's labor - so we must charge for diagnostics. As for the parts prices, we mark up our parts (like every other shop in the industry) to cover the cost of warranty (which is 3 years/36,000 miles) and help keep our lights on and pay our staff.
