Out of town and called for a repair. Friendly and fast. Have not had a chance to review the repair, but if their field repairmen are as good as the office staff, I am sure it was done well. Will use again. Marshall

Your technician did a great job in determining the problem with our unit. He ordered the parts while still here, and when they came in 3 days early, he came out and installed them right away. The only negative comment I have refers to the company itself, they need a 24-hour emergency number,

Thank you for the great review. I do need to say, that in my 30 years here in the business, we have never had a customer that had a problem in the night that could not wait until morning to solve. Most people have an alternative source of heat, and when the a/c goes out, it may just be uncomfortable until morning. We do offer weekend service. I could not afford to keep someone on call 24/7 and keep our rates reasonable. Those customers with service issues from the previous day are given priority the next day. That seems to have always worked for us without having to pay time and a half to a tech just on call. I hope you find this reasonable. We are a very hard working group here.
