I normally have always experienced great service when I go into the office. However, i was caught off guard that Carol was not there and that Dr. Jackson either. Their was a temp in Carol's place and i was not impressed. She did mot know what an NTI was, couldn't answer my questions and definitely wasn't gentle. Luckily Pam cam in and helped answered my questions and is supppsed to speak with Dr. Jackson and vet back with me.
I understand growth is great for any business, however with the new office open now you can tell there are a lot of changes and I am not so sure the consumer is being thought of.
