I was happy with the customer service everybody seemed very pleasant and professional. my visit was due to having a tie rod recently replaced I need an alignment in a bad way as a check the other shops Jack Williams was the only one willing to let me drop it off and they would get to it upon picking my car up everybody was friendly and professional but unfortunately every alignment comes with a print out to show you what your toe is at the guy behind the counter shrugged it off and said Oh if its in the car you can have that very very very disappointed in how I bought a three-year alignment the first experience makes me not want to take my car back there and trust these people again this is my investment I take it very seriously and to think assimilated subpar work and potentially hid after alignment paperwork because it was not done properly sits in my mind heavily this is a month ago so if you going to get your car on these are nice people make sure you check your work.

JW service center made a mistake. Then they made it right. Thats a good quality.

I was very pleased with the level of service I received at the Harrisburg, PA store. The staff were able to get my car in and out in minimal time, they fully explained the tire warranty plan to me as well as all other services available. I am glad I made the decision to purchase my tires from your company. Thank you very much.

Very quick professional tire install

While it isn't a problem for this company, it was a problem for me that Jack Williams was so crowded that I wasn't even able to be addressed by an employee until 20 minutes after my appointment time. Then when I was helped, I was told that for an oil change, it would be at least two hours from that point. Accordingly, I left--and so, I have no comment on their actual performance. Just their customer service/scheduling.

I understand you make money off of other services you recommend when I bring my vehicle in for service. I am always a little leery of you opening the hood of my vehicle when it is there for only tire rotation. Maybe your "Courtesy Check" should be optional, not the normal.

When we do a "Courtesy Check" we go into your vehicles factory scheduled recommended maintenance, we check for state inspections and or emission inspections. Along with checking your belts and hoses for possible problems. These are only recommendations to keep your vehicle running in the best condition possible and to let you know of potential problems. We want all of our customers to be aware of their car care needs.

The yire I bought from you blew less than a weeklater and I eas told I needed rear brakes when a friend who is a mechanic checked them out he said I don't need brakes that was after I ran around to get everything needed then had to return everything not happy at all

Nancy - I see that you purchased a tire from us on 04/30 and you also purchased our Total Tire Protection Plan - if you had a tire blow out since then you should bring it back to the store so they can get you a new tire. As far as your brakes go - you came in on 05/01 for a state inspection - your brakes passed inspection, but measured at 2/32 for the left and right rear brakes, they let you know that by the next inspection you will need brakes as they just passed inspection. This was put on your invoice as "Suggested Maintenance".
