Overall I had a good experience as always with Jacobson Eyecare. I did however have a morning appointment and felt like I was there a really long time. I sat forever while my eyes dilated, luckily I wasn't in a hurry & brought a book. I also called a few weeks before my appointment to see if I could get one sooner because I had used my last contacts and didn't want to order new incase my prescription changed. The woman said she'd order me some samples and call me back when they could be picked up.....she never did. I'm wearing 5 week old contacts now that are two week disposable. My contact supply would have been fine if I was able to attend my original appointment which I scheduled for June but they called and canceled and could only get me in a month later. I really enjoy going there but the scheduling is a bit frustrating.
