Excellent! After my appointment, I went to work and couldn't help but tell my co-workers about the greatest experience I've ever had in a dental office. I even mentioned that the office had a monitor mounted on the ceiling and was offered a wireless headset to watch a DVD (about pro surfing) while I had a root canal done. I was also given protective eye gear (shades) and to top it off, a hot towel was offered in the end!!!!! "First Class"......that's how I described it.... "First Class" is how I felt I've been treated.
I was also shocked and very pleased to see that everyone working there was up to par with technology. There was no wasting time and what I mean by that is, that the staff wore wireless earphones which helped them to communicate with each other while they were in different rooms.
I also love the fact that payment plans can be done, especially because certain procedures are sometimes impossible to pay in full. I absolutely appreciated navigating and finding the electronic patient forms. Glad it was available! Found it to be very helpful that my information could be filled out and submitted online. It eliminates having to come in to the office 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. I appreciate that I was able to take care of this in n the comfort of my own home when its most convenient. Very accommodating!!!!
Everyone there's had a smile. Very friendly and helpful! Speaking of smile...... Dr. Merrett, you've got some really nice white teeth!!!!!
