For me, your hours are limited. I know the late days are Tues-Thursday but I’m not going anywhere too special on those days. The weekend is more important to have my hair in shape. Closing early on Friday and Saturday makes your salon a lot less convenient. Sundays seem to book up fast and I haven’t been lucky with that. I can see it’s a place where you want people to plan ahead on the experience. My problem is that sometimes I just hate my hair and need help soon.
This is maybe just me too: The salon makes a point of you getting to know your stylist and them, you. A nice very personal touch for a personal service. The problem is turnover. I have had 2 different stylists in less than 2 years since they both made big career moves. Both were great. Lots of great people there, talented. It takes a while to have them get you and your hair goals. If it weren’t part of what you sell, it would be different. I really want a stylist I can see a long time, who knows me and my hair. Hoping I have one now. All that said, great work! Very professional and nice.
