I really like all the doctors I’ve seen, my issue is with the receptionist. When I arrived it was obvious she was dealing with something. She did not greet me and had a conversation with someone behind her for about 3 minutes. Then when she did acknowledge me she was short and clearly still dealing with whatever was going on before I got there. She also did this to about 3 other patients that came in. Also I was absolutely floored when I was told I would be charged 9% if I paid with any kind of credit or debit card. That I could pay cash or write a check. One, that is a ridiculous amount to push off on your patients plus people don’t necessarily carry around checks or that large amount of cash anymore.
