I am new to BC and I can't tell you how relieved I was to find a salon that made me feel like a valued client. It is truly rare to find an establishment that understands the power of word of mouth and also the fact that clients (especially women) come in to spend time and money to feel pampered and relaxed, so it should be the number one priority to keep the client coming back to have another enjoyable experience time after time.
