Hello everyone at J and H....our experience was absolutely the best one we could have had....Our car was acting up we pulled up to your shop and the lovely secretary started taking care of us.....we were taken on a test drive and within 40 minutes you had figured out what was needed. We had our 63 lb dog with us and it was drizzling outside.....so we were offered a ride to a restaurant and the front office lady, unfortunately we did not get her name, offered to watch our dog.....our car was repaired in the time discussed we were picked up and on our way home. Thank you everyone for helping us out. We arrived home,the car performed very well..Merry Christmas Birgit and Yana Downey
