I have been getting my car serviced at Japanese Auto Masters for years now. However lately I have been using the dealer more. Their service used to be excellent however for the past few years they have declined. On separate occasions after maintenance was performed on the car on various systems the technicians failed to clean the area of any spilled fluids or grease and in one instance I even found a 12mm Snap on socket next to the radiator. I truly believe in the saying "You get what you pay for!" I don't mind paying a little extra and going to the dealership to avoid having to clean the car after service has been performed or finding tools in the engine bay. But all in all they do a great job.

Our family business has used Japanese Auto for years, not only for our company vehicles but also our personal trucks and cars. The owner's and staff are friendly and professional. We have had to call them at a moments notice for repairs to get us back on the road for our business, so we can do our job!!!! I feel confident if you try Japanese Auto you won't be disappointed. They give you an accurate estimate of repair you should do, and an inspection of things that may come up in the future. I know I have saved hundreds of dollars bringing my car here rather than the scheduled maintenance checkups at the Dealership. No problems with the repair itself, sometimes older vehicles still have some life to them if a mechanic knows what they are doing! Thank you for treating me and your customers the way it should be done!!!!

I've now taken my car to them twice and each time, they are so friendly and helpful. I feel like my car is in good hands. They are happy to explain things to me and tell me how much the services will be before they start. They always do a full inspection of my vehicle too...so I feel like I'm driving safe :-) Will definitely be going back!

Excellent customer service. Although I have to come back to fix the front brakes of my Lexus LS 400 1998, my experience is far from ordinary. When I came back to adjust the front disk brake, David and the mechanic attended to my car right away without waiting. I felt I am the most important customer that day.

Customer service is top-notch. They listened to what I had to say and didn't discredit anything. I waited while they did the work; they came back with a question instead of guessing about something.

Since I was a new customer, they did a quick check-up on my care and told me about the condition of the motor (wear & tear on belts, fluids, spark plugs). I told them the spark plugs were changed about 18 months ago and they said they only needed to be changed about every 6 years so that wouldn't need doing. They did not try to talk me into any repairs. I did ask for an estimate and they worked it up and e-mailed it to me so I wouldn't have to sit and wait for it.

I already had a trust-worthy mechanic, but he recommended I go to a Japanese specialist - and now I have 2 mechanics that I trust.

was able to get an appointment quickly. Had a check engine light that other mechs couldn't really diagnose. I feel the eval was thorough and I have confidence the car is safe to drive. Will use them for any future maintainance.

Brought my Mazda miata in and dropped it off Wednesday got it back Friday had them put on my obx headers straight to the cat they got everything bolted up just fine except had a air flow port on my headers that is in a different angle than the stock headers so have to bring to a exhaust shop to get fabricated to fit but overall the service was great will defiantly brings car back to them if needed and will recommend them also
