Customer service is top-notch. They listened to what I had to say and didn't discredit anything. I waited while they did the work; they came back with a question instead of guessing about something.
Since I was a new customer, they did a quick check-up on my care and told me about the condition of the motor (wear & tear on belts, fluids, spark plugs). I told them the spark plugs were changed about 18 months ago and they said they only needed to be changed about every 6 years so that wouldn't need doing. They did not try to talk me into any repairs. I did ask for an estimate and they worked it up and e-mailed it to me so I wouldn't have to sit and wait for it.
I already had a trust-worthy mechanic, but he recommended I go to a Japanese specialist - and now I have 2 mechanics that I trust.
