the stars I gave this office were not because of the doctor. first off I was given the option for xrays I have braces on and I didn't feel the need for the xraysdue to the diagnostic ability of these x-rays would be flawed because of the metal wire. obstructing some of the interproximal views. I wasn't given the option to see my xrays. I was left for about 15 minute chair not knowing where the hygienist went other than to develop the x-rays. being in the dental profession I noticed there was a lot of cross-contamination from the hygienist touching keyboards the sound control for the radio things like that, then she would continue to work in my mouth not giving it a second thought that she was touching something that somebody else touched and I might not Want to have somebody working in my mouth that had dirty gloves. needless to say that anybody that would turn the controller on wood now have my germs on their hands not thinking that it was touched by contaminated hands. I noticed after the cleaning she didn't floss my teeth. went to do the oral cancer screening she just asked me to move my tongue from the left to the right which I know doesn't give you the best visibility for that. when checking my glands she just tapped around on the sides of my neck really not feeling where my glands were. I'm not sure how long this hygienist has been working in the dental field but it didn't seem like she has worked in it very long. she was pleasant if she spoke. her appearance was professionaltoo bad the treatment that I received was not. With all of that said, I like this office. I like the doctor he is not aggressive with his treatment, and he listen to my concerns and explained things to me which I felt was very refreshing. I did not feel like he was in a rush to get to the next patient. the front office staff is fantastic.

I can assure you that after every patient all operatory surfaces, including the keyboard and all control panels are thoroughly sanitized prior to seating our next patients.
