A bad experience! The lady who took the phone has very bad attitude and lack of patience to talk with customer. She likes or order the customers without any explanation. She intentionally does not take the call until I called her the fourth time. We made an appointment and she provided two time slots. However, the inspector did not come on either of the scheduled time. I even do not know when the inspector came to my house. The company does not confirm the exact time too. Then, they send the bill to us. I do not recommend this company for backflow inspection!Read More …
