I dropped my car off and was given a ride home without having to wait around. Jay's analyzed my tranny, duplicated the issue and wrote up an estimate. They came to my house to give me a ride back to the shop and explained everything they did in writing Even though I opted not to spend the money as the car isn't worth the repairs, they still assisted me and were very polite and professional. I can't see any room for improvement unless they wanted to work for free.
