The good thing was being able to get my car serviced the same day that I called in the morning. The bad thing was that we both relied upon their OEM service to tell us what my 2017 Subaru Forester needed at 24,000 miles. It was wrong. Subaru did not provide me with a maintenance manual, so you could say this was Subaru's fault. I spent $150 + tax changing out the transmission fluid when that was not necessary. I still like and trust Jay Walton, but this truly was a bummer.
