I special ordered 25 personalized and decorated cookies for my daughters soccer team who was going into the championships. When I picked them up they were bundled in a bag. I said "shouldn't they be boxed to protect them". She said in an annoyed manner " they'll be fine". So. FIVE cookies were broken and I only had them in my possession for on hour as I went directly to the party. I called her the next week and she was argumentative and only offered to credit me money for cookies after acting unhelpful.
I could care less about the money.

I am sorry you had a bad experience with JCB Creations. I personally do everything I can possible do to make my customers happy.
If memory serves me correct, this incident happened over 2 years ago. It was a last minute order that we were trying to get done for you in the short amount of time given.
My assistant, new at the time, did exactly what we normally do for favors. We had not had any problems up to that date with the way they were packaged.
When you called to speak to me personally, I tried to rectify the situation by offering your money back, but that was not something you were interested in. You simply wanted to let me know your dissatisfaction with the situation, and no matter what I offered, it was not what you wanted.
I am sorry that this has caused you two years later to share this unsatisfactory report on my business profile. I hope in the future you will find it in your heart to allow me to make it up to you, as I try to do with any customers who may have an issue with us.
